GROWTH

William S. Burroughs is credited with the quote, “When you stop growing you start dying.”

Lou Holtz said. “In this world you’re either growing or you’re dying, so get in motion and grow.”

There is no status quo. You are either moving forward or losing ground. Have you seen evidence of this in yourself and other people you have come in contact?

The reality is, you only know what you know. You cannot truely grow until you become aware and awareness can be achieved by aligning yourself with practices that will guide you look inside, to look at what is holding you back and show you the programs you have been running for a long time. Meditation and Yoga have been tried and tested for hundreds of years if not thousands to help people find enlightenment through awareness.

For me growth is all about raising your vibration. As you raise your vibration, everything around you grows with that increase in vibration. As you raise your vibration, your ears open to hear more of the information that is all around you. You begin to see more clearly and the path of awareness is opened to you. At first this all seems like mumbo jumbo, but if you are struggling in any area of your life, start one of our classes to see what you might learn.

For many years, I have filled a daily gratitude journal. In 2021, I see a lot of the young influencers on Instagram talking about their journalling. It is definitely becoming more popular and it is great to see. So today, grab yourself a notebook and start to write in it all the things you are grateful for. The key is to feel the emotion behind that gratitude. Do this for a week and email me to let me know if anything has started to change in your life. I will do a full blog on gratitude in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, just take the pen to paper and start.

The most difficult thing in growth is the starting point. Happy writing and happy growing.
